On the 6 April 2016, Asadullah Ali Al-Andalusi gave a talk on “Islam & Terrorism” at the International Islamic University of Malaysia. Therein he speaks about extremism and terrorism from the Islamic perspective, discusses and refutes khariji interpretations of the Qur’an, how there should be a re-evaluation of certain tactics of contemporary warfare, and even the Syrian conflict.
