an islamic view point over an atheist view point lets see
1) would an atheist have his wife stoned to death for adultry ??
no countrys in the west will allow this,, besides what man can go home to his children and explain to them that he has just killed there mummy
2) would an atheist man kill a homesexuall
the answer is no
3) the apostate must be killed in islam why would you want to kill someone in the first place ? and especially for just changing your religion its just wrong
