2. On my observe the woman around me. I have notice many professional woman (i.e doctor, engineer) are prefer to be house wife rather become a professional (if they have a choice).

   BUT;

   There are few exceptional woman (about 5%), that works well in their profession. Most of them are not.

   A few reason given to me as below,
   1) Time spending with family are less,
   2) Man should provide the needs,
   3) Works too tough/ may be not suitable to them.

   I suprise on answer No2, which indicate the problem happen today are related to quality of manhood itself. today, the quality of man of become lesser and lesser, in term of leadership, providing needs, social pressure, etc.
